We've reviewed this using a simple project I attached to the post and found no problems with invoking a report from inside the DLL.
The only stuff that was simplified is that report is loaded from a file.
Also this was reviewed with the latest AnyDAC version.
The project uses MSSQL_Demo connection definition. The report rep.fr3 uses [Order Details] demo table.
If the project I attached will work on your side, please review the code and tell us the differences with yours. If it won't work either - you would need to upgrade to the most recent AnyDAC version to get this stuff to work as it might have happened the bug (if existed) was fixed in that.
